Commercial Account Manager  Kenora

The Standard Insurance Brokers is currently looking to hire one full time Commercial Account Manager in our Kenora office.

The Commercial Account Manager will be expected to secure, develop and manage new commercial accounts with a high level of customer service, while also maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients. The successful candidate will benefit from working with a strong and supportive commercial team in providing the highest level of customer satisfaction to our clients.

Insurance related experience is an asset, but not required, as we are willing to train the right individual looking to explore a career in insurance.

Interested candidates must have the following skills and proficiencies:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work within timelines, understand verbal and written instructions
  • Proven ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • Experience with computers and MS Office applications
  • Strong work ethic, organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • High school education

Personal Insurance Broker  Sioux Lookout

We are currently looking for a hardworking, independent and highly motivated individual to join our team of dedicated insurance professionals at our Sioux Lookout office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing client requests for routine policy endorsements, renewals or cancellations, and log all business activities with utmost accuracy, and will be required to obtained a license as a Registered Insurance Broker in Ontario. The ability to work within a team environment is a must.

Qualifications

• Professional demeanor and extraordinary customer service skills
• Effective and professional communication skills; both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to re-prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Experience working under pressure and maintaining composure in a fast paced and changing environment
• Must be willing to participate in ongoing training and education
• Significant computer aptitude, and working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel

Servicing Insurance Administrator — Red Lake 

We are currently looking for a hardworking, independent and highly motivated individual to join our team of dedicated insurance professionals at our Red Lake location.

In this position, you will begin at an administration level, working closely with our team to deliver high quality customer service. Over time, you will progress into a Servicing Broker, where you will learn to process client requests for routine policy endorsements, renewals or cancellations, and log all business activities with utmost accuracy. In time you will be responsible for writing new business and managing the entire renewal cycle. The successful candidate will develop new business opportunities and grow a book of business through establishment of new relationships and referrals from existing clients.
